ESR Benefits Realisation
ESR has been designed and developed to be the comprehensive, integrated workforce management system which will deliver the Workforce Strategy for the NHS.
With over two thirds of NHS organisations live on ESR, the focus is shifting from the complexities of initial implementation, to consolidating processes and practice to gain the practical and strategic benefits available from using all the rich functionality available in ESR.
This section introduces the ESR Benefits Realisation Strategy and the approach that has been developed to enable a systematic and planned realisation of system benefits.
