Home Benefits Realisation Benefits Activation Project

Benefits Activation Project

The Benefits Activation Project was launched in June 2006 and involved eight Trusts participating in the project across England and Wales.

The key objectives of the project were:

  1. To measure the benefits that are being delivered by the core functionality go-live footprint utilising a new Readiness Assessment (RA5).  This follows on from the four Readiness Assessments that form part of the ESR implementation process leading up to go-live
  2. To pilot the “Expansion Pack” containing the Learning Management, Talent Management and Self-Service facilities
  3. To test the assumptions about benefits realisation made in the ESR Business case.
