Benefits Realisation Strategy
The objectives of the Benefits Realisation Strategy are to:
- Provide ongoing customer care for the NHS by the NHS
- Provide guidance to NHS organisations on embedding ESR and the national Business processes that underpin best practice in the use of ESR
- Provide status reports and metrics to the DH and SHAs which set out NHS organisations progress with realising ESR benefits.
- Provide guidance on how to extract the maximum business benefits from ESR
- Provide guidance and tools to support NHS organisations in planning their implementations of additional ESR functionality.
