Register your details

From this page you can register your details. All fields below are mandatory.

Once your details have been submitted you will receive a system generated email confirming your kbase login id and password. Please allow 3 working days for your account to be activated.

Please note: Due to some security settings on PCs, you may not receive the automated registration email.  If you have not received your user registration details within 3 days, please contact esr.kbaseadmin@nhs.net or call 01926 478989.
