Operations and Benefits Team Expansion

The national Operations and Benefits team consists of 35 personnel, allocated on a Strategic Health Authority (SHA) basis.  Each SHA has one Account Manager Lead and a number of Account Managers commensurate with the number of organisations within the SHA.
