Pilots for User Identity Manager (UIM) and ESR interface

NHS organisations sought to pilot methodology

As part of the Integrated Identity Management initiative, the ESR and NHS Connecting for Health Access Control teams sought applications for NHS organisations to pilot the technical solutions and the implementation methodology for both the new UIM software and the ESR interface to UIM.

A letter and briefing about becoming a pilot was sent to ESR Executive Sponsors in all NHS organisations on 29th June 2009, inviting them to submit applicaitons for one of the two pilot types.

The deadline for applications to be submitted was 22nd July 2009 and all applicants will be notified of the outcome by 24th July 2009.  An announcement will be made on this website very shortly when all pilots are confirmed.
